CONDITION :
3 x 1 cm piece torn from the bottom left corner, three strips of Sellotape on the top edge (longest is 7 cm) all of which have stained the paper beneath, two tiny tears and mild creasing at the center of the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), surface crease between the left and center fold intersections (just above the center horizontal fold line), otherwise good.
