Blu-tac grease marks and light creasing near all corners, 1cm edge tear on bottom edge center, tiny edge tear on top right corner, a little paper thinning on the back of the corners where blu-tac has been removed taking a layer of paper with it, mild edge wear along the top, Some fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines plus slight yellowing along the right of the horizontal fold line and the right vertical fold line), A little dark print has transferred into the border on the left (top) making it appear a little grubby, Otherwise Very good!
