CONDITION :

Two 4cm tears from the top edge downward (just left of center) one has tape on the back, 5cm tear from the top edge downward (near left corner) has tape on the back of it, a couple of small edge tears also on the top edge, 2cm edge tear plus a 1cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear on the left edge, small grubby mark in the left border (near top), small piece torn from the right edge (end of bottom fold line), 1cm edge tear on the right edge, two long thin strips on the back of both the side edges and one on the back of the top and bottom edges, two strips of tape on the back of the edges around the bottom left corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines plus a small tear across the bottom fold intersection), surface has a few light wrinkles, Otherwise Good.
