Tiny tear and mild/moderate creasing on the top edge (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), mild creasing on the bottom edge (again a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), two tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge, some light surface creasing near the left edge (a little dark print transferred onto some of the creases), otherwise good.
