Very light creasing on the top and bottom edges, small tear and moderate creasing on the right edge, 4 cm slightly diagonal crease across the tip of the top left corner, mild creasing at the top of the left edge, faint 2 x 1 cm water stain on the top edge (just right of center), otherwise very good.
