Four small edge tears on both the right and top edges, Small brown spots of damp in patches in the top border (mostly around the corners), a few other random small spots of damp mostly around the ends of some of the fold lines and the center fold intersection, fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines plus a couple of pinhole sized tears), faint vertical dotted dark print error line just right of the end of the title upward, a few small light surface creases, Otherwise Good.
