Light rust staining around the staple, two tiny edge tears on the top edge of the front page, lightly creased corner tips, tiny Brown stain spot within the Hudlin credit on the front page (goes through to the outside), large Brown stain spot on the second page (near bottom), some additional tiny stain spots along with a couple of small tears and creasing on the bottom of the second page, small piece torn from the bottom right corner of the second page, otherwise okay.
