Extremely tiny tear and very mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, very mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line, surface is fairly creased/wrinkled throughout, a couple of tiny white stress marks below the title, Otherwise Very Good.
