CONDITION :

Tiny tear on the top edge, very mild edge wear on the right edge, 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, 4 cm horizontal surface crease near the top left corner, the title has been written on the back of the top edge in Biro (the pressure from the pen has embossed the surface on the front near the top left corner), light surface creasing between the left and center vertical fold lines (either side of the center horizontal fold line), a couple of very faint light Brown liquid splashes on the back of the bottom left fold segment (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good!
