CONDITION :

1cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear on the left edge, four tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny brown spots and grubby marks on the bottom edge near both corners, 1cm edge tear and two tiny edge tears on the right edge, two 2cm edge tears on the top edge which have been taped up from the back (tape has slightly discoloured the front), small edge tear also on the top edge, a little dark print has transferred into the bottom border and the bottom of the side borders, some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a pinhole sized separation at each of the fold intersections), surface is lightly wrinkled, Otherwise Very Good.
