CONDITION :

4 cm vertical pinhole tear through the right edge of the road leading up to the bridge (through the bottom right of the building) the surface between the edges of the pinhole tear is scrunched up, a couple of extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear at the center of the left edge, a few tiny white surface creases near the left edge, small sticker on the back of the right edge (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit other than a small sliver which is sticking out from the edge), otherwise good.
