CONDITION :

10 cm tear from the right edge inwards (just below the barrel of the gun) this has a piece of tape on the back of it, 2 cm tear and a 1 cm tear also on the right edge along with mild creasing, tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, crease across the top left corner, 4 cm tear along with a 2 cm tear and approximately 6 tiny tears on the left edge with moderate creasing, 5 cm tear which branches into another 1 cm tear through the bottom left corner along with heavy creasing, approximately six tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, mild fold wear including four small tears through the left vertical fold line and approximately 7 tiny tears through the center horizontal fold line and a couple of tiny tears on the right vertical fold line, a number has been written on the back of the center of the left edge in felt pen which is very lightly visible on the front, some grubby marks in and faint Brown spots of damp on the back of the bottom left fold segments (not noticeable on the front), otherwise good.
