2 x 1 cm piece torn from the bottom of the right edge, three small patches of surface paper loss at the right edge center and three at the left edge center, 4 - 8 pinholes near each corner (several have torn slightly and a couple through to the edge), pinhole near the edge centers, mild edge wear/creasing (heavier along the bottom), mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the right fold intersection, slightly diagonal light crease down through the top half of both the side edges, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, Otherwise Good
