CONDITION :

Three tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, 3 cm white stress mark a couple of smaller stress marks around the top right corner, two 1 cm tears and very mild creasing on the right edge, a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing on the bottom edge, very mild creasing on the left edge, a few light surface creases around the top left corner, a couple of small surface creases near the center of the right edge, otherwise good.
