Seven 4cm crease lines evenly spaced down the left border, mild creasing on the left edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge and through the bottom border, mild creasing through the top border, a 4cm and an 8cm white horizontal crease line through the center of each fold segment on the right (additional one in the top segment), several tiny white crease marks / print cracks down through the center of all fold segments on the right and a couple of random ones on the left, some fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), Otherwise Good.
