CONDITION :

4 cm tear near the top of the left edge (has been taped up from the back), very mild creasing/edge wear also on the left edge, crease across the bottom left corner, mild creasing on the bottom edge, small tear and mild creasing on the top edge (right), a couple of light surface creases near the side edges, otherwise good.
