CONDITION :
Very faint 13 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, a couple of small creases on the top edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), some very light surface creasing near the left edge, very fine light vertical print error line from the top edge down through the N in CLINT to just below the center horizontal fold line, otherwise very good.
