CONDITION :
Six tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, very mild edge wear on the top and right edges, mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the center and right fold intersections plus stress marks on the fold lines, numerous “dull” spots of damp on the back of the bottom two fold segments on the right (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
