CONDITION :
Light brownish 10 x 5 cm water stain around the center of the top edge, the remainder of the top edge appears to have become damp at some point as well as the surface is a little wavy/wrinkled as is the surface around the top and bottom quarters of the center vertical fold line and also the bottom edge, two small tears also on the top edge, mild creasing around the other edges, mild fold wear (white stress marks on all fold lines), surface is lightly wrinkled throughout, vertical crease from the top edge down to the top horizontal fold line (just right of center) and there are a few white stress marks on this crease line also, a few small random white surface creases, otherwise good.
