4 cm white crease line across the top right corner, 2 cm crease and a few smaller white creases on the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, several small white creases on the left edge, small white crease mark in the black background between the top of the “ID”, tiny white surface crease in the black background on the left (at Starburst level), small white vertical scuff mark in the black background a few inches above the moon, a few tiny white surface creases near the bottom center, some light surface creasing around the top center (including a couple of white stress marks), otherwise good.
