2 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner with an additional tiny crease across the tip, two 1 cm tears along with two tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge (mostly near the bottom), two small creases across the bottom left corner, approximately three tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge (heavier near the top of the edge), numerous tiny white surface creases around the center of the bottom edge plus a few near the center of the top edge, otherwise good.
