CONDITION :

1.5 cm tear along with approximately 3 small tears and mild creasing on the right edge (there is a little tape on the back of the 1.5 cm tear), tiny tear on the bottom edge, a few tiny white surface creases just above the bottom edge, a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, small spot of print loss near the center of the left edge, a couple of small white surface creases also near the center of the left edge, otherwise good.
