2cm edge tear plus three tiny edge tears on the left edge, 6cm edge tear with some surface tearing on the right edge center, 3cm edge tear plus two 1cm edge tears and three tiny edge tears also on the right edge, two small edge tears on the top edge, small piece worn away from the top center, 1cm hole just below the last “T” in “QUARTET”, fold wear including approx. 14 tears on the top horizontal fold line and approx. 12 tears on the vertical fold line (top half) plus a small wear hole at the top fold intersection, 2 pinholes near the left edge (above top fold line), Otherwise Very Good.
