CONDITION :

4cm edge tear on left edge which was taped up from behind but the tape has fallen off leaving just residue behind which does show if held to light (just below left edge center), Mild creasing along the bottom edge, A couple of small liquid splashes near the bottom right corner, Otherwise Very Good.
