3cm edge tear plus two 2cm edge tears and a1cm edge tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing along the bottom edge, very mild edge wear / creasing on the other edges, 30cm vertical crease just right of center, very mild fold wear, 5cm white stress mark on waist (just below fold line) and a smaller stress mark on left of the waist, A couple of small grubby spots in the yellow area near the bottom, Otherwise Very Good.
