CONDITION :

A couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the right edge, very slight yellowing around the edges and fold lines, fold wear including a small wear hole at the right fold intersection plus several tiny separations on the top half of the right vertical fold line.. along with stress marks on all fold lines (note there are heavy stress marks around the top half of the right vertical fold line), two additional horizontal fold lines making a total of three, small white surface crease within the “O” of “Cop”, four tiny dark print marks near both top corners, patch of tiny Brown stain speckles on the back of the left edge (a couple of these are lightly visible on the front near the top and bottom), otherwise good.
