CONDITION :

Three extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, tiny tear on the left edge, the title has been written on the back in Biro and there is a small surrounding water stain on the back of this area also (this has made the Biro bleed through to the front… Just above the picture box on the left), three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued, otherwise very good.
