Approximately 12 extremely tiny tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing, crease across every corner, five tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the left edge, ten small edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, two small edge tears on the right edge, some dark print has transferred into the outer white border, mild fold wear, fold lines aren’t particularly straight, a few small light surface creases, otherwise good.
