Heavy creasing around the top right corner, light creasing around the other corners, 1 cm edge tear and approximately 8 tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, 1 cm edge tear and a couple of tiny edge tears along with mild creasing on the bottom edge, 3 cm edge tear and three tiny tears on the right edge along with moderate creasing, mild fold wear, fold lines are not particularly straight, a few light surface creases, title written on the back in biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), Otherwise Good.
