CONDITION :

1 cm pinhole tear through the top left corner, approximately 3 tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, creasing to the tip of the top right corner, three small tears and very mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, 2 cm tear and a 1 cm tear on the left edge along with a couple of tiny creases, 2 to 4 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly), creasing between the center and left fold intersections (either side of the center horizontal fold line), otherwise very good.
