CONDITION :
Grubby marks around the bottom corners/bottom edge of the front page (the left one appears to be a shoe print, and the patch near the right corner maybe a little damp staining?), a little dark print has transferred into the white background near the left edge on the front and the right edge on the back, very light creasing around the bottom right corner, otherwise very good. Never used.
** note the four pages comprise of the front, back and inside spread of a single sheet machine folded in half. **
