A couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, two extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge, mild creasing along the bottom edge, crease across both right corners, very mild fold wear (top and bottom horizontal fold lines have been hand folded), a few light surface creases throughout (particularly around the edges), Otherwise Very Good!
