CONDITION :

1 cm tear at the top of the center vertical fold line, extremely mild creasing along the top edge, small crease across the top right corner, tiny tear at the center of the right edge, approximately 6 small tears on the bottom edge (largest is 1 cm), tiny tear and very mild creasing on the left edge, some very light surface creasing near the edges, extremely mild fold wear (light stress marks on the fold lines and intersections plus a small tear near the top of the center vertical fold line), the black print at the top is a little light and patchy in places, otherwise very good.
