CONDITION :
Small edge tear and mild edge creasing on the bottom edge, mild creasing along the top edge, top corners are lightly creased (moderate creasing around the top left) and have a couple of grubby marks on them, A little dark print has transferred onto a couple of creases in the top and bottom borders, 13cm vertical crease from the top edge downward (just left of right vertical fold line), Otherwise Excellent!
