Tiny tear and mild creasing on the left edge, three tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, 3 cm white crease across the bottom right corner, some light surface creasing near the top and bottom, 2 cm white vertical crease through the top of the “I” in Quincy, very slight yellowing to the tip of the left edge, a few light surface creases throughout, otherwise very good.
