Blu-tac residue grease near each corner and every edge center, tiny tear and mild creasing to the top edge, Browning to the tip of the top edge, 2 cm tear and mild creasing on the left edge, the back of the left vertical fold line has browned / has Brown spots of damp on it which is visible on the front, small spot of blu-tac residue at the bottom of the $ sign on the left, a couple of tiny Brown spots of damp just below the text on the left, mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line, small Brown mark just above the bottom pink border (left), Otherwise Very Good.
