CONDITION :

4 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner (through every page), small faint light brownish patch of damp staining near the top left corner on the front page, a few light scuffs on the front page, most of page 5 has been cut off, 7 x 1 cm ad block cut from the bottom of the last page (obviously affects the back as well), otherwise good.
** note the six pages comprise of six individual sheets stapled together (the front and back pages are double sided and the other four are single sided **
