CONDITION :

Has been folded in half creating a light horizontal crease across the center of every page, approximately twelve tiny Brown liquid spots around the top left corner area of the front cover and a few more along the top edge of the front cover, a couple of small faint liquid splashes around the bottom right corner of the front cover, some faint spots of damp around the top of the right border on the front cover, a few tiny random light Brown spots of damp on the back cover along with a couple of small surface indentations/scuff marks, a couple of the inner pages have come away from the Staples, otherwise very good.
