1 cm tear at the center of the top edge, small tear and a tiny tear also on the top edge along with a little creasing, two tiny creases across the top right corner tip, extremely mild creasing on the right and bottom edges, approximately 6 extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge, light 27 cm diagonal crease across both bottom corners, extremely mild fold wear including two tiny wear holes at the center fold intersection on the right vertical fold line along with some creasing between the fold intersections, otherwise very good!
