Tiny tear at the top of the center and right vertical fold lines, light surface creasing just below the top edge, tiny spot of paper worn away from the center of the right edge, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, very mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the right fold intersection on the center horizontal fold line plus creasing between some of the fold intersections, otherwise excellent!
