CONDITION :

A couple of light creases across both left corners, diagonal creases around the ends of the horizontal fold lines (longer creases on the right side), tiny edge tear on the left edge, tiny edge tear and very mild edge wear on the top edge, a little dark print has transferred into the outer borders in a couple of places, some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines plus a pinhole sized tear at the top fold intersection), faint additional fold / crease lines either side of both the top and bottom horizontal fold lines, surface is lightly wrinkled throughout, Otherwise Very Good.
