1 cm diagonal white crease at the top center, approximately 4 extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge (mostly near the right corner), 4 cm horizontal white surface crease near the center of the right edge and several smaller creases within the last few letters of both words of the title, a couple of additional tiny white surface creases in the black background above the title area, approximately six tiny white surface creases near the left edge, otherwise good.
