Three extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, 5 cm tear along the left edge of the bottom horizontal fold line, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing also on the left edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge, light creasing to every corner, diagonal creases around the edges of the center horizontal fold line, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise very good.
