CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the left edge and slight browning (top half), mild edge wear and approximately 12 extremely tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, 1cm edge tear on the right edge, 1cm tear hole near the bottom right corner, 3-4 pinholes near each corner and the top and bottom edge centers (some are a few inches away from the corners and some have torn a little plus most have indentation marks from the drawing pins), faint blu-tac mark near each corner, a couple of faint finger marks in the left white border and a couple around the corners and top center, small vertical dark print line in the right white border (above circle picture), 6x1cm light brown stain on the back of the left vertical fold line (faintly visible on the front near the bottom) title written on the back in blue felt pen (Not noticeable on the front), very mild fold wear, surface is lightly wrinkled, Otherwise Very Good.
