Approx ½ inch has been cut from the top edge reducing the overall dimensions to approx 29½ x 40 inches, 1cm edge tear on left edge near top, Mild edge creasing, Some scuff marks around the top corners and down the sides, Several small white print cracks down the left side, Some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines).
