CONDITION :

2 cm diagonal crease on the top edge, a few small white creases near the bottom of the right edge, creasing to both bottom corners, mild creasing along the bottom edge, two tiny tears near the top of the left edge, a few small white surface creases around and below the BE WARNED text, the whole poster has light patchy pattern of dull spots completely throughout (must be some kind of print error as the pattern is very uniform), otherwise good.
