CONDITION :

4 x 2 cm piece torn from the top right corner, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the top edge, 28 cm slightly diagonal fine blue print error line from the center of the top edge towards the right corner, and a small faint blue print line near the top of the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, creasing around the top and bottom of the center vertical fold line, 15 x 3 cm vertical strip of surface paper loss on the back of the top half of the right edge area including a small thin hole going across the top horizontal fold line (within the eaves of the roof on the front), tiny hole just right of the top center fold intersection, mild fold wear including approximately 4 tiny separations on the top horizontal fold line along with some white stress marks on some of the other folds, the title has been written on the back in Biro and there is slight Browning to the back of some of the fold lines (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), a few small faint dull patches of damp also on the back along with some light fingermarks here and there (again only noticeable on the front if backlit), otherwise good.
