CONDITION :
4 cm tear at the center of the top edge, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears also on the top edge along with very mild edge wear, extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, some light surface creasing near the side edges including a couple of tiny white stress marks above the first letter of the title, a little blu-tac grease on the back of the corners (not noticeable on front), otherwise good, printed on a vinyl type paper.
