CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, tiny tear on the left edge, patch of light surface creasing around the bottom left corner, two very faint vertical creases from top to bottom near the left edge and two faint horizontal creases near the bottom edge (possibly from a frame), four pinholes in the top left corner segment (a couple are several inches inward of the edges), pinhole near the center of the top edge and another near the right corner, pinhole near the center of both side edges, two pinholes near the bottom right corner and two near the bottom center, six pinholes near the bottom left corner, light creasing around a couple of the fold intersections, note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued), otherwise very good.
