Small pinhole tear through the top edge (near left corner), extremely mild creasing around the top of the right edge, two faint 5 cm diagonal creases from the left edge down towards the soundtrack circle, very faint 6 cm vertical crease near the top of the left edge, light creasing around the fold intersections, light horizontal surface crease through the first five letters of the title, otherwise excellent.
